How does Nano Singapore's subscription plan works?

1. What is subscription?
When you choose to subscribe to an item, you would be automatically placing an order every 30 days. The subscribed item(s) will be automatically send to you and you would also enjoy a Lowest Price Guarantee

2. If I subscribed to 1 item on 1st April and 2 items on 15th April, can items be consolidated and delivered to me at the same time?
Orders are shipped based on subscription date + 30 days. They will not be consolidated together. To consolidate your subscriptions, you would need to cancel the old subscription(s) and place a new subscription order for all 3 items. 

3. What happen if the item is run out of stock?
Our system will trace the inventory automatically, order will not be created and no payment will be made if the item is out of stock. The subscription plan will continue running and re-process your order on the next subscription date once item is back in stock.

4. What happen if I subscribed to multiple items in a single order (same subscription date) and 1 of the item is out of stock?
The order will be skipped on the billing date if any item in the order is detected with out of stock. No payment will be made for the order. The subscription plan will continue running and re-process your order on the next subscription date once every item is back in stock.

Else, if you have subscribed to multiple items with separate order (different subscription dates), then the order with valid stock will continue to process and payment will be made on the billing date.

5. What happen if the price drop after subscription?
Our system will automatically update to the latest price no matter it is being reduced or increased.

6. Am I entitled for free gift/samples with subscription plan?
No, the free gift/samples promotion does not apply to subscription purchases.

7. How to subscribe to the plan? 

  • Go to the product page, click on the "Subscribe" button.


  • The item will add into your shopping cart with discounted price 
  • There is a secondary text under the product name "Recurring 30 Days".
  • Customer can proceed to checkout as usual
  • You will receive a confirmation email of your subscription (Please check your Spam folder)


8. How to terminate the subscription plan?
  • Go to "Dashboard".
  • Click on the "Manage Subscription".
  • Customer can see all the subscription plan details if there is any.
  • Customer can manage the subscription plan from there.


9. Why Hitpay and Grabpay are not available upon checkout?
The Hitpay and Grabpay are not available for subscription plan. All subscription plan is only available to checkout with Shopify Payment due to security concerns. That's means once there is any subscription plan item available in your shopping cart, the Hitpay and Grabpay will not be available.  

10. What happen if I terminate the subscription plan after checked out?
You will receive the order that you have already paid for, but there would be no order being placed on the next 30 days. 

11. Can I postpone the subscription cycle? 
Yes, you can. The "Skip Order" feature allows customers to postpone the delivery date for a particular order. However, if there are multiple items in the same order, customers cannot skip the delivery date for each item individually. To do so, both items need to be in separate orders. So, the “Skip Order” feature only works for order basis.

If a customer wants to skip order A for current month, they need to click the "Skip Order" button. Each click skips one month, click twice for 2 months postpone...

12. Can I remove the item in subscription plan after order placed?
Once an order is placed, customers cannot remove items from it. They can only add or swap products.
