1. What is subscription?
When you choose to subscribe to an item, you would be automatically placing an order every 30 days. The subscribed item(s) will be automatically send to you and you would also enjoy a Lowest Price Guarantee.
2. If I subscribed to 1 item on 1st April and 2 items on 15th April, can items be consolidated and delivered to me at the same time?
Orders are shipped based on subscription date + 30 days. They will not be consolidated together. To consolidate your subscriptions, you would need to cancel the old subscription(s) and place a new subscription order for all 3 items.
3. What happen if the item is run out of stock?
Our system will trace the inventory automatically, order will not be created and no payment will be made if the item is out of stock. The subscription plan will continue running and re-process your order on the next subscription date once item is back in stock.
4. What happen if I subscribed to multiple items in a single order (same subscription date) and 1 of the item is out of stock?
The order will be skipped on the billing date if any item in the order is detected with out of stock. No payment will be made for the order. The subscription plan will continue running and re-process your order on the next subscription date once every item is back in stock.
Else, if you have subscribed to multiple items with separate order (different subscription dates), then the order with valid stock will continue to process and payment will be made on the billing date.
