How do I redeem points and use the voucher?

1. How to Access Rewards Program, Redeem Rewards and Use the Promo Code.

A) To check your points, you MUST log in to be able to view your Reward Points.



B)  To redeem your rewards and use the voucher for a purchase.

Step 1: Go to Redeem Points.
Step 2: Choose the option you want to redeem.
Step 3: MANUALLY copy (Right-click your mouse, then select copy) the voucher code.
Step 4: Paste the voucher code when you checkout.



* Only 1 Promo Code can be used in a single transaction
* Rewards points can be redeem for promo codes from $5 onwards

C) To find the voucher code that you redeemed previously and use it for a purchase.

Step 1: Go to My Rewards.
Step 2: Select your previously redeemed voucher.
Step 3: MANUALLY copy (Right-click your mouse, then select copy) the voucher code.
Step 4: Paste the voucher code when you checkout.




Similarly, for the mobile version:

Step 1: Click the 3 lines icon on the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select the Menu option.
Step 3: Click the + sign on My Account.
Step 4: Select the Rewards option.
Step 5: Your points, vouchers, and redemption options will be shown.

2. How are "Happy Birthday" reward points awarded? 

Customers can fill in their birthdays from their end on the widget. This information can only be managed by customers.

Step 1: Go to Earn Points.
Step 2: Select 'Happy Birthday' click Enter Info.
Step 3: MANUALLY input your birthday details.
Step 4: Click Save Date.
 

Note: Customers will be rewarded exactly on their birthdays, not right after they fill in the dates. Customers will not get points this year if they enter a date in the next 30 days. Points are awarded every year.


3. What are Rewards points for? 

You can use rewards points to exchange for coupon codes that can be used to offset your purchase!
100 Points is worth $1. Follow our IG and Facebook accounts to earn more points.

FAQs

What can I do with my points?

Points currently do not expire and can be exchanged for discount coupons. They are not transferable.
After you log in to your account, click the "Rewards" option under your account to view and redeem points.

When are my points awarded?

When an order has been placed and payment has been made, your points are automatically awarded to you. Our points are awarded based on the net amount paid (excluding any discount coupons used or taxes or shipping).

When will my points expire?

Your points will expire after 6 months of inactivity.
Assume you have 500 points. If you don't earn or redeem points for 6 months, your balance of 500 points will expire. However, any point-earning or spending activity within that period will reset the expiration timer, extending it by another 6 months.
