Can I take various supplements together?

All our health supplements are safe for consumption together as long as you do not have any prior medical conditions and follow all label instructions.

1. To avoid overdosing on the same ingredients, do always check the product information on the label

General Guidelines 
(a) Caffeine : You should limit excessive intake of other caffeine-containing products such as tea and coffee when taking any caffeine product. Up to 400mg/day of caffeine is generally safe. (Mayo Clinic)
(b) Green Tea : You should limit excessive intake of green tea drinking when taking any green tea supplement. Less than 800 mg/day of EGCG from green tea is generally safe. (European Food Safety Authority) 
(c) If there is a known allergy/sensitivity to any ingredient you should also avoid taking that item
(d) If you have any pre-existing conditions or in doubt, you should always consult a doctor before taking any health supplements
